1.Summery

This is a Christmas story. The protagonist, Scrooge, declared that Christmas was nonsense. To him, the only thing that mattered was making money. However, three spirits appeared before him. Together with them, Scrooge embarked on a journey through the hidden aspects of Christmas past, present, and future. Gradually, he came to realize the existence of less fortunate people who suffered and died unnoticed during the Christmas season.

2. Important aspects of the story

Important aspect of the story is that it is important to be kind to people. Mr. Scrooge was not loved by anyone. It is because he was harsh and stingy. Also he was not kind to everyone. If he were dead, no one would be sad. However, when he started caring about everyone, he was loved by everyone. This story implied how important it is to care for others.

4. Author

Charles John Huffam Dickens was born in England.

His family was middle class, but his family were bad at managing their money and they were very poor. When he was child, his father went to prison because of debt. And he had to work in a factory. This experience was terrible for him.

He became a newspaper reporter and he wrote novels. Realistic depictions and depictions of the poor are the features of his work. This is because of his experience as a newspaper reporter and poor childhood.

And his stories are still famous around the world.

5. Conclusion

As Mr. Scrooge travels through the past, present and future, he changes his previous selfish attitude and begins to show compassion toward others. Instead of fearing change, he decides to enjoy growing up and forges new bonds with those around him.

From this story, we can learn every person has the potential to grow up as an individual  by looking back on the past, rethinking the present and changing behavior for the future. This story conveys a universal message about the importance of finding new happiness through reflection and redemption.

  1. I had a trouble reading this book report. This is a problem because this book report uses difficult word like “protagonist.”One way to fix this problem is changed the difficult word to easy word like “the main character.” If you do that, we can understand this report easily.

  2. I found a problem in your report. Some parts are not indent. This problem is making it harder for readers to read. If you use indent perfectly, readers would more easiy.

  3. I think this report has a trouble. In summary, this report is not written that Mr Scooge grew up as an individual. This ploblem is that it is hard to read because if it were not, reader wouldn’t know what Mr Scoorage happened to. One way to fix this problrm is to write what Mr Scoorage happened to thought a lot of experiences. If you do that, your audiences eill have a chance to understand your report.

  4. I found a problem in your report. Some parts are hard to read because the verb tenses are not aligned. I think that if you could align the tense of a verb, it would make the sentences more consistent and easier to read.

  5. I think that this report has a trouble. When writing an important aspect of a story, I think you should think about what kind of author’s intension is reflected in the scene. This report doesn’t mention it, so it is little heard to understand. In order to explain why this is important, it is easy to understand if you write a connection with the author’s idea.

  6. I think that the details of the explanation are not enough. This is because this story is about Christmas but there is no explanation related to this. I want you to write this related to Christmas. I think you have to read it more deeply. If you can do this, you can write this part more deeply.

  7. I found an issue with the summary section. It does not cover the scenes mentioned in the “Important aspects of the story” section. This could confuse readers. One way to fix this problem is to include those key points in the summary. This will help readers clearly understand the important aspects discussed in the second section.

  8. I found it problematic to read Important aspects of the story in part 2. Because the same expressions are used. Try adding conjunctions and modifiers. I think it will draw the reader in more.

  9. You had some trouble in your report. Some parts are not indent. It is difficult for us to read. So, you should indent. If you do that, many people can read more easily.

  10. I found a mistake in this report. In summery, you chose the word “before him”, but in this case, I think “in front of him” is collect. This mistake made this report uneasy to read. To improve your report, I think you have to choose words carefully so that readers can read it easily.

  11. I think that this report has a trouble. It is difficult to read because there are difficult words in summary part. For example, protagonist’s mean is difficult, so you should change easy word such as “main character.” If you do that, the reader can understand it.
